Overview
Guiding Hands Preschool is a Christian Preschool owned and funded by Emmanuel Lutheran Church of Elk River, Minnesota.
Guiding Hands Preschool exists to carry out the Great Commission by making disciples for Jesus Christ through quality education.
Our Philosophy
Guiding Hands Preschool believes that children are a special gift from God, therefore we are guided by God’s Hands.
We believe children learn by doing and by example.
Our program emphasizes Christian principles to help children grow spiritually, physically, socially, emotionally and intellectually.
Train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old he will not turn from it. Proverbs 22:6
Programs
We offer two different programs for preschool age children.
For three and young four year olds, we offer a two day program on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We offer either a morning class, from 9:00 to 11:30, or an afternoon class, from 12:45 to 3:15.
For older four and five year old children, we offer a three day program on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Children attend either a morning class from 9:00 to 11:30 or an afternoon class from 12:45 to 3:15.
